Samson Teklemariam, LPC, CPTM, is the Vice President of Clinical Services for Behavioral Health Group and the Southeast Regional Vice President for NAADAC. He is a talent development expert and executive clinical leader with experience designing clinical systems of care that expand access, improve engagement, and elevate quality outcomes in addiction treatment. Formerly NAADAC’s Director of Training and Professional Development, Teklemariam is a trusted voice in advancing workforce development and recovery-oriented care. He is a certified lead trainer for Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Use (CBISU), and national trainer for evidence-based practices treating co-occurring conditions. His work focuses on bridging clinical care, community trust, and advocacy—particularly in underserved and rural settings—to promote effective use of evidence-based practices, and reduce stigma through practical, person-centered strategies.
