Andrew earned his master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University in 2003 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2006. Since beginning his career in behavioral healthcare in 2001, he has developed a broad and deep expertise across a wide spectrum of service delivery models, including residential treatment, outpatient care, methadone maintenance, private practice, and school-based services.
Over the years, Andrew has held key leadership and supervisory roles in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Since 2006, he has successfully managed programs in diverse treatment settings, with a consistent focus on enhancing clinical outcomes and operational performance.
In his current role as Interim Vice President of Operations at Gaudenzia, Inc., Andrew oversees a wide range of services across the organization’s footprint. He is dedicated to advancing high-quality care and fostering innovative service delivery. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, including the launch of Pennsylvania’s first mobile Narcotic Treatment Program (NTP).
Andrew also champions technology-driven initiatives that integrate evidence-based practices and streamline administrative processes, enabling clinicians to focus more on client care. His work reflects a dynamic blend of strategic vision, program development, and operational excellence.
