Mandy Cochran is the Case Management Supervisor for the Single County Authority (SCA) for Armstrong, Indiana, and Clarion Counties. At the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission, where she has held several roles including Student Assistance Program (SAP) Liaison, PA-Approved SAP Training Provider, Case Manager, and now Case Management Supervisor.
Mandy has worked in the drug and alcohol field since 2002. She began her career at a local treatment provider, where she held a variety of roles including Admissions Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Prevention Specialist, and Community Mobilizer with Communities That Care.
She earned her degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in 1997.
