She earned her BA from the University of Rochester and her MS from the Simon School of Business. Currently, Itza serves as the Senior Director for Strong Recovery, where she oversees all outpatient programs including, the Opioid Treatment Program. As a leader, Itza is committed to integrate wellness into the workplace.
