Dr. Natalie S. DuMont, Ph.D., MSIOP, M.S., LPC, is a distinguished leader in behavioral health, currently serving as a Regional Supervisor for the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Connecticut. As the Director of Outpatient Psychiatry at a community hospital, she managed a comprehensive array of programs, including emergency psychiatry, inpatient clinical services, a psychiatry consult service, three intensive outpatient programs, a partial hospital program, and an outpatient program. Dr. DuMont is a thought leader and principal consultant in healthcare management and workforce development, with research focusing on leadership development, health equity, and organizational effectiveness. Dr. DuMont holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Community Agency Counseling, along with an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut, she merges academic rigor with practical insights.
