As the Program Director at ORTC, LLC's Medford Treatment Center Mr. Secrest supervises and maintains all clinic operations. He has worked for ORTC, LLC since 2017, beginning his career as a counselor at Grants Pass Treatment Center. He became the Clinical Supervisor at Grants Pass Treatment Center in 2020. As Program Director he also is the the liason to the community on behalf of the treatment program, conducting outreach and building community supports.He was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2022.
