Kenny is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 45 years of experience in the Substance Use and Mental Health field. He has been involved in program development that has covered a wide range of services - from Research to Prevention to Outpatient Treatment for both adult and adolescent populations, including the integration of primary care with behavioral health. Kenny works part-time as the Clinical Liaison for Coastal Horizons and currently serves as Chairperson of the NC Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence.
