Phillip Rideoutt II is a Manager on the Hepatitis team at NASTAD (National Association of State and Territorial AIDS Directors); leading the CDC partnered cooperative agreement, HepNET (Hepatitis Network for Education and Testing). He has over 13 year of public health experience at the community, state and national levels, with a specific focus on HIV/STI prevention that include testing, referrals, and interventions, as well as viral hepatitis surveillance and prevention related to drug use.
