Ryan Vega, LICSW, LCSW, MS-HCM, is the Program Director of the Holyoke Opioid Treatment Program at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. She is a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts and a licensed clinical social worker in Florida. Ryan brings over a decade of experience across multiple levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Acute Treatment Services (ATS), managed care with Optum, managing entity oversight in Florida, and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP).

With a second master’s degree in healthcare management, Ryan blends clinical insight with operational leadership to advance patient-centered, evidence-based care. She is passionate about harm reduction, regulatory compliance, and creating workflows that support both staff and patients. Ryan currently leads initiatives to modernize take-home methadone policies, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and improve quality and compliance practices in OTP settings.
