Laurie McNiff is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, crisis services, and program administration. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Services at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare, where she oversees the delivery of integrated Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and mental health services across multiple sites.
Laurie has held leadership positions across diverse treatment settings, including residential, outpatient, and emergency crisis programs. Her past roles include clinical leadership positions at dual diagnosis treatment centers in Rhode Island, Florida, and Maine.
Her work has consistently focused on improving access to care, enhancing program quality, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards, including CARF and state licensure requirements.
Laurie holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and was honored as the MSW Student of the Year by the New Hampshire chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. She has served on multiple professional committees, including Lyme Disease awareness, Red Cross disaster mental health, and social justice initiatives.
Laurie is deeply committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care and brings a values-driven leadership style to every aspect of her work.
