He’s held key roles at Faces & Voices of Recovery, Recovery Communities of NC, and Addiction Professionals of NC. For six years, he’s provided training & technical assistance for 500+ rural consortia as Technical Expert Lead at JBS International. Husband, father, grandfather, Navy veteran, musician – Donald holds a bachelor of education from NC State and a master of social work from UNC Chapel Hill.
