Dr. Clarence R. Pearson, PhD is a professional with over 29 years of experience in public health policy, substance use disorder (SUD) programs, and mental health services. As an Administrative Analyst at New Jersey’s DHS/DMHAS, he provides research and data analytics for state-level SUD prevention initiatives. Previously, he served as Director of Programs and Policy at Liberia’s National AIDS Commission and co-founded SHALOM Liberia, securing over $2 million for health interventions.
