Dr. Renee Cloutier is faculty at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Her research bridges psychology, public health, and implementation science to improve how care is delivered for people with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Dr. Cloutier also leads the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) funded HEALing Measurement Center - a multi-site initiative to bring measurement-based care into opioid treatment programs across Pennsylvania. Her goal is to help programs use practical tools to track patient needs, support clinical decision-making, and improve patient outcomes.
