Dr. Stoller is Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins, and a well-regarded expert on substance use disorders (SUD). He has developed, evaluated and disseminated integrative models of care geared toward multi-morbid populations. His primary focus has been on collaborative care models, treatment access, program building, health policy, and treatment utilization and cost. He directs the Johns Hopkins Hospital’s outpatient SUD treatment program, and is deeply engaged with local, state and national associations, governmental and oversight entities.
