Ann Jamieson, MS, LADC/MH is the Chief Clinical Officer at Maric Healthcare, which operates 29 Opioid Treatment Programs across seven states. Starting in 2000, Ms. Jamieson supported the expansion of OTPs by opening programs in North Carolina and Oklahoma. She also previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Maric. Ms. Jamieson obtained a MS in addiction and mental health counseling, earned a license as an addictions and mental health counselor and a license in clinical supervision, and provides a wealth of training to Maric Healthcare personnel through an on-line learning management system that she created and continues to use to educate staff members. She also serves as an administrative and program surveyor for the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Ms. Jamieson provided the leadership necessary to create the Oklahoma Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (OKATOD) in 2010 and was elected its first president and AATOD board delegate. She also currently serves as AATOD’s second vice president. Ms. Jamieson continues to serve as OKATOD’s president today and holds annual OKATOD conferences, which serves to create partnerships and collaboration for treatment providers and other members of the community in Oklahoma. Ms. Jamieson played a role in collaborating with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to create the first system for delivering OTP services within the prisons in Oklahoma. She currently is working with state leadership and treatment providers in Oklahoma to ensure adoption of the new revision to 42 CFR Part 8.
