Registration includes admission to Pre-Conference Sessions (excluding Clinicians Course), Welcome Reception, Plenary Sessions, Workshops, and Post-Conference Access.

Post-Conference access including sessions recordings will be provided as they become available.  Continuing education credits cannot be applied for post- conference sessions.

AATOD does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment.

Splitting of conference fees is not permitted. Only one discount per conference participant is allowed, including the presenter’s discount. Group Discounts do not apply for the following categories:

SPECIAL NEEDS

The American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence, Inc. wishes to take steps to ensure that no disabled person is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently than other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you require any auxiliary aids or services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please indicate so during the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your registration, the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence, Inc. The Registration Department must receive all requests in writing no later than September 1, 2025. All fees paid will be returned less a $50.00 processing fee. There will be no refunds after the September 1, deadline. If for any reason the organizers decide to make material changes to this event (e.g. venue or format of meeting) or if the event needs to be re-scheduled, AATOD is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs, damages, or expenses incurred by registrants.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements will be processed when requests are received in writing prior to September 1, 2025, at no charge. A fee of $50 per registrant will apply as of September 2, 2025.
